This experiential workshop brings together cutting-edge neuroscience and embodied movement practices to help participants enhance their physical, mental, and emotional resilience—both individually and within teams.

Co-led by Dorit Weintal, an expert in body-mind integration and performance, and Dr. Viona Wijnen, a neuroscientist specializing in stress and emotion regulation, the workshop is grounded in original field research, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV) studies.

 

Participants explore how targeted movement and awareness practices can reduce burnout and stress, improve emotional regulation, and foster optimism, initiative, and adaptability.
